The hidden beachs along the south point of the bay can be reached on low tide or by kayak. Here you find several small sandy beaches sperated by large granit bolders. Along this area is the best snorkeling in Sayulita
Playa de Los Muertos
Continue past the cemetery on to Playa de Los Muertos, which is very popular with Mexican families and a safe swimming beach. Huge rocks protect it on both sides.
Carriztos Beach
From the Plaza head south towards Punta de Mita, make a right turn on Niños Heroes. Proceed to fork in the road stay left. Continuous on up and over the jungle lined hill down to south end of the beach.
